During the storage and distribution of medicines and vaccines, cold chain transportation is required. Cold chain transportation vehicles as well as medicine packaging need to use EPS or XPS packaging. After the distribution of medicines is completed, or the insulation performance of the cold chain transportation vehicles declines, the waste EPS or XPS foam should be disposed of. GREENMAX can compress such waste foam at high density to avoid secondary pollution to the environment. Meanwhile, the sale of compressed blocks can bring a certain amount of economic value.

GREENMAX will have an in-depth understanding of customers' waste foam recycling needs and design the most suitable waste foam recycling solution for customers. Meanwhile, after the design and construction of the machine is completed, GREENMAX will debug the waste plastic recycling facilities to ensure that the entire waste plastic recycling system can operate normally and meet the designed technical indicators and recovery rate.
Waste EPS or XPS packaging will be put into the feeding bin of the GREENMAX foam compactor and compressed at a high ratio for easy transportation and storage. The machine is equipped with a dual-shaft crushing knife, which can quickly break huge foam packaging into uniformly sized scraps. These foam scraps are then powerfully extruded by the compression device and screw to become compact foam blocks. GREENMAX provides foam blocks buyback services to customers around the world.
After processes such as crushing and granulation, these foam blocks can be made into foam particles by the GREENMAX pelletizer, which is the raw material of recycled products. Afterwards, foam particles can be made into environmentally friendly frame products, such as picture frames, skirting boards, floors, etc., and then sold around the world. This approach realizes a closed-loop economy and recycling model of foam from waste to recycled products.
